Detox My Feet like no other.

You might be this person too. Some may be like that is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Others will see these pictures and be like that’s totally me too. I always love the saying, me too. The reason I love the saying is because so many times when someone is sharing something I’m always nodding my head yes and thinking me too. You can only imagine what’s in there. All good things. After making my cure all, I use the leftover stuff in there, I add some enzyme I make, some clay, warm water and soap for bubbles. Then I soak away! Ah I love it but how does this help a griever? When you relax and focus on keeping your body healthy you will handle grief in a more productive way.

My Oldest Babe

Over the years my children will make videos of their brother and send them to me. My youngest daughter recently sent me this video and I think it is so cute. It’s random things like this that remind me of those special moments we shared when he was alive. I love how blessed I am and I love that I am a grateful griever. Anthony 1992-1995 Always in our heart. We love you.

Truth about my mornings!

The truth is, most mornings getting out of bed is a struggle. Although, I know it’s gonna be a great day I still struggle to get out of bed. So, I strategically recently made some good choices in my bedroom. To the left of my bed when laying in my bed is my spin bike and to the right of my bed is my mini rebounder, a few weights and Facia roller. Some people roll out of bed and take pills and that’s perfectly fine because that’s their way of life. There was a point in my life that was my way of life as well. However, I don’t take pills. Therefor I have to move energy every single morning almost for just like 30 minutes followed by a few other things that I swear by. If you struggle to get out of bed think of a game plan. Think of a couple game plans because certainly some days things don’t work as well as other things. Plus it’s always good to have a back up plan or two or three. There is always hope. Each day is a new day and you are the best! Always remember there is hope and you are the best. Even when you feel anything differently. Sometimes when we think about something or someone we love it helps us to push a little harder. We can use that strength anytime, any hour anywhere. Yes, you can. I hope today you are able to get out of bed. And if you’re not maybe dig a little deeper today. Today is your day. Say that a few times today is my day. I love you.

I Am

Did you know that any statement after the two words I am, whatever follows those two words, your subconscious mind automatically believes. Yes, it’s true. That’s why it’s so important to make sure you stay positive when saying I am. When you catch yourself saying I Am make sure its something you want to be. I am loved, I am beautiful, I am amazing, I am that I am and so are you!

The worst part of death

By far one of the worst part of death for me is this The fact that no matter what I say, no matter what I do, no matter what I have, no matter what I try to create, and no matter what anyone says my son is dead. Physical death is a game changer. My child will never physically come back to the form before he died. In my opinion. Sometimes, those hard facts are very hard to swallow. At times it may seem as though we cannot go on but there is always hope and light at the end of the tunnel. Even on the darkest days. I do believe that his spirit has always stayed with his siblings and that he is always with them. Accepting the fact that you can’t bring that person back is part of the process and it does take time. It can be a very ugly process at times and that’s OK. You just keep failing forward. That’s like my favorite thing to visually think of and say these days. I love you and so does your dead people. I know dead is a harsh word to some people but for me it’s the hard truth and a fact. 💜

Death

It comes in many forms. The same principles applicable with grief and loss. It could be an end of a relationship, a loss of a dream, a loss of a career, A loss of a religion, the what if‘s and could’ve, the loss of a home, the loss of a car, and many other things. Sometimes we experience grief&loss in many forms which can feel like death. Whether it’s an actual death as in someone died or an actual feeling that we are dead inside although we are still alive. During these times and moments in our life sometimes it is very difficult to see the silver lining. However, these feelings and experiences will one day fuel you to be the best you can be. If you allow the process and sit in these feelings (No over staying though) you will one day be empowered by it all. So, know there is so much hope ahead. You are not alone.

Fire cider recipe

I absolutely love this stuff. In fact, I believe everybody should have some in their home. It is a little tricky because you do need to let it set for 4-6 weeks. Once it’s done then you strain it and you can pour it into little amber colored jars with droppers or any glass jar you would like. Even little children could take it. So I will share my two favorite recipes but you can add or change it anyway you want. There is no wrong way to make it. Why would you want to drink this stuff? Because, it boost your immune system and when you’re feeling not well It will cut you’re not feeling well time to a shorter period of not feeling good. This stuff is amazing. also if your garlic turns a green color don’t worry it’s normal it will turn back to white. So what is this magic yummy delicious fire cider made of? Let me tell you. Before I do just know you don’t need to measure there’s no wrong amount you just get the ingredients cut it up put it in cover it with apple cider vinegar put the lid on let it set 4-6 weeks. then strain it and put it in glass jars. You can refrigerate it and it should last forever but you’ll probably drink it before then or you could leave it out and it would probably last 1 to 1 1/2 years not being refrigerated. oh in the picture below one of them has the following, horseradish, garlic, ginger, onion, jalapeño and apple cider vinegar. The other jar has turmeric, horseradish, garlic, ginger, onion, jalapeño and apple cider vinegar. I prefer all organic ingredients and I have several different batches going so they all finish at different times. When it’s done some people like to mix it with honey and drink it to make it a little sweeter. For children you could just add it in some water or some juice.

Panaca, Nevada

After leading my first Grief&Loss group in my area I had a thought. Hmmmm……I wonder what Panaca is like? So, the next morning, I went. The State Park is awesome, filled with slot caves. plus I did like the natural springs. 2 other cities are close by Pioche and Caliente. Pioche is cute Caliente not so much to me. I find it helpful to give myself rewards. Creating Support groups takes a lot of effort and planning. Don’t forget your worth rewards no matter how small or big or silly it may seem.
