Over 27 years ago my oldest son, Anthony passed away. March 18, 1995 to be exact. The worst part about death is no matter what I had, said or did my son was not coming back. The rawness was and is there is nothing in my power to change what happened. UGH. I started my journey to healing. Wait a minute I must add Grief&Loss is not just death. It is so much more. Relationships, Careers, Homes, Custody of children, what ifs, could ofs. should ofs and so much more.
