Botanical Gardens Memphis, Tennessee

I love bridges. Really! I love Memphis! Here is a few pictures at the gardens and a video of the cute kiddie area. I wasn’t sure I’d fit in the slide but I did. Good times. It was a lovely day indeed. My eyes genuinely loved Tennessee. Before I arrived I was singing I’m going to Tennessee see see to see what I can see see see but all that I can see see see is the bottom of the deep blue sea sea sea. I did see all kinds of good stuff. For now this is what I’ll share about some of the things I did see in Tennessee. You can follow me if you’d like. I post often and I travel often.

Crystal Shrine Grotto Memphis Tennessee

This cemetery is so unique and lovely. Recently, I was in Memphis, Tennessee. I will be sharing more of Memphis soon. Life is all about living and that’s what I do. (Most days) Since Losing friends and loved ones my perspective has changed a lot. Some friends and family are alive but live like they are dead. You may know some too. It’s a reminder when I visit cemeteries just how important it is to live. Live in each Moment and share the beautiful places my eyes see and my heart feels. Being blessed and grateful is a choice. What you say you become. Pay close attention to what you are creating more of. I Am blessed (receive more) I am broke (receive less) I am statements hold power and it drives me bonkers when I hear myself or others create the opposite of what is really desired. So, listen up! What do you really want? Go.Do.Be. You were born to live so do just that. No, that doesn’t mean exist. It means live. If you’re looking for a life coach I’d love to be yours. You can find the details on this website. Anyhoo, I love you. Go be brave, go be you! Watch the video at the end of this post. The video takes you inside this beautiful Shrine. I absolutely love it. It will take you to my YouTube Channel where you will find lots of videos there.

This will take you to my YouTube channel.

Coffee Enemas

Me this morning! 12-14-2022

What kind of Crap is she talking about now?

Some good CRAP! Who else does Coffee Enemas? Or who else admits it besides me? Why? Why would one do such a thing you might ask or wonder. Let me tell ya why!

Today I did my last coffee enema for this year! I got a lot done today. Over the last decade plus I have been doing coffee enemas because I feel they are good for me. They aren’t for everyone.

The purpose of coffee enemas is to stimulate the liver to increase its detoxification of the blood and decrease the toxic load on the liver. This includes removing a variety of toxins and free radicals from the bloodstream.

Coffee enemas have appeared in medical writings dating all the back to ancient Egypt and have been cited in case reports and articles from the late 1800s.

The coffee solution is not held in the liver. In fact, it’s held in the colon. The vessels in the lower part of the descending colon and rectum carry the solution to the liver. The potent compounds in coffee are absorbed by the hemorrhoidal and mesenteric veins that route to the liver.

I am a huge fan of The Gerson Therapy. I follow their way of how I make the solution. 3 Tablespoons of Organic light or medium roast ground coffee. Put in coffee maker along with 8 cups purified water not tap water. Brew it and then let it cool to room temperature. Then fill your bag or bucket system. Relax and hold for at least 12 mins once you have it all in. I have actually coached people on how to do this. It is an easier process when you have someone who has figured it out as far as what may help and what makes it more comfortable. Anyhoo, I just wanted to share this with you.
